I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel! It had a wonderful blend of modern and traditional Japanese elements, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel, such as the corridors, were spacious and beautifully designed. As a senior woman, I found the accessibility of the hotel to be perfect. The hallways were wide enough for me to navigate with my walker, and there were handrails in the appropriate places for added support. It made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay.
I wish the children working there could have been a bit more attentive. Although the staff were generally friendly, there were a few instances where they seemed a bit distracted or busy.

Perfect Location
We had the best room with a view of the castle, and it was absolutely stunning. The hotel is conveniently located near the castle and the train station, making it easy to explore Matsumoto. The staff was polite and helpful, and they upgraded us without us even asking. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large and cozy bed. It was a pleasant surprise to be able to see the castle from the shower. The price we paid for the night was very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Matsumoto.
